Guar Seed Futures Fall: Ample Supplies Impact Prices

Guar seed futures decline on NCDEX due to ample supplies from growing regions. October contracts fall Rs 32 to Rs 5,110 per quintal.
New Delhi, Sep 18 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined Rs 32 to Rs 5,110 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for October delivery fell Rs 32 or 0.63 per cent to Rs 5,110 per quintal with an open interest of 50,365 lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
