Tata Advanced Systems Expands Operations in Karnataka

Tata Advanced Systems (TASL) is expanding its operations in Karnataka, establishing a state-of-the-art MRO facility to support the Indian Air Force's C-130J fleet. This investment strengthens India's self-reliance in defense and bolsters Karnataka's role in the global aerospace supply chain.

Bengaluru, Feb 12 (PTI) Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) is expanding its operations in Karnataka, as the state continues to solidify its position as a preferred destination for aerospace and defense innovation.

TASL will establish a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility to support the Indian Air Force's Lockheed Martin's C-130J fleet, strengthening India's self-reliance in defence and bolstering Karnataka's role in the global aerospace supply chain.

Backed by Karnataka's strong infrastructure, skilled workforce, and industry-friendly policies, such investments will support technological growth, job creation, and global collaborations in the aerospace sector.

With strong government support, Karnataka remains a preferred investment destination for global aerospace and defence companies.
