Guar gum futures prices fell on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to low demand and ample supplies.
New Delhi, Nov 18 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Monday dropped Rs 59 to Rs 10,469 per quintal in the futures market as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for December delivery fell Rs 59 or 0.56 per cent to Rs 10,469 per quintal in 56,470 lots.

Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
