Zinc Futures Surge on Strong Demand | PTI

Zinc prices rose on the Multi Commodity Exchange on June 10, driven by a pick-up in demand from consuming industries. Learn more about the zinc futures market.
New Delhi, Jun 10 (PTI) Zinc prices on Monday rose Rs 2.10 to Rs 252.60 per kilogram in the futures trade amid a pick up in spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for June delivery traded higher Rs 2.10 or 0.84 per cent at Rs 252.60 per kg with a business turnover of 3,434 lots.

Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants, following a pick-up in demand from consuming industries kept zinc prices higher in the futures trade.
