Monday, 24 March 2025, inter-alia have considered and approved the following 1. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2024-25 and 2. Appointment of Internal Auditor. We also wish to bring to the notice of the exchange that the Board Meeting was commenced at 04.30 PM IST and concluded at 05.00 PM IST.
