Pursuant to Company''s ''Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information'' and SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
