Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the members of the Company have approved alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company consequent to the sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the Company and alteration to existing Memorandum of Association (''MOA'') of the Company by way of adoption of new set of MOA to make it in line with the Companies Act, 2013, by way of Special Resolution(s) passed through postal ballot on April 11, 2025.
