This is to inform that the Working Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have inter-alia,
(i) Noted the certified true copy of NCLT Order dated March 24, 2025, from Hon''ble NCLT Chennai sanctioning the Scheme.
(ii) Noted the Appointed Date of the Scheme. i.e. April 01, 2024.
(iii) Noted the Effective Date of the Scheme i.e. April 07, 2025.
(iv) Approved the record date for eligible shareholders. i.e. April 22, 2025
The meeting of the Working Committee of the Board commenced at 12:10 hrs (IST) and conlcuded at 12:15 hrs (IST).
