This is to certify that in order to comply with the provisions of regulation 27(2) of the SEBI LODR 2015 read with regulation 15(2) of chapter IV of SEBI (LODR) regulation 2015 the paid up share capital of M/s Rex Sealing andPacking Industries Limited is less than Rs. 10 crore and the net worth is less thab Rs.25 crore as on the last date of the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The COmpany undertakes that whenever this regulation becomes applicable to our company at a later date the company will comply with the requirements of the above regulations within 6 months from the date of which the provision will become applicable to the company.
