In relation to the above subject matter and in compliance with the provisions the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all designated persons including promoters, directors, KMP, designated employees and their connected persons shall remain close from 01.04.2025 upto 48 hours from the date declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
