Aluminium Futures Fall on Low Demand - PTI

Aluminium prices fell on Wednesday due to weak demand in the spot market, with participants reducing their positions on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Nov 6 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday slipped Rs 2.60 to Rs 240.80 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in November fell Rs 2.60 or 1.07 per cent to Rs 240.80 per kg in 3,569 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
