Aluminium Futures Fall on Weak Demand
Aluminium futures prices declined on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to reduced demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday slipped 30 paise to Rs 253.15 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in February fell 30 paise or 0.12 per cent to Rs 253.15 per kg in 3,828 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
