Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium prices in India surged 80 paise on the Multi Commodity Exchange, driven by speculative buying and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Nov 5 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday increased 80 paise to Rs 241.70 per kilogram in the futures market, as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in November rose 80 paise or 0.33 per cent to Rs 241.70 per kg in 3,623 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
