Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices rose on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to fresh bets from speculators and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Apr 11 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Friday rose Rs 1.40 to Rs 235.30 per kilogram in the futures market as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in April increased Rs 1.40 or 0.6 per cent to Rs 235.30 per kg in 3,841 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
