Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI

Copper prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose marginally on Friday due to higher spot demand. Analysts attribute the rise to increased bets by participants.
New Delhi, Jun 14 (PTI) Copper prices on Friday marginally rose 0.03 per cent to Rs 860.80 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in July traded marginally higher 30 paise or 0.03 per cent at Rs 860.80 per kg in a business turnover of 1,627 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants. PTI
