Copper Futures Rise on Higher Spot Demand - PTI

Copper prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose 0.56% on Friday, driven by increased spot demand and rising bets from market participants.
New Delhi, Jun 28 (PTI) Copper prices on Friday rose 0.56 per cent to Rs 838.95 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in July traded higher Rs 4,70 or 0.56 per cent at Rs 838.95 per kg in a business turnover of 9,325 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
