Copper Futures Rise on Spot Demand

Copper futures gained 0.35% on the Multi Commodity Exchange, reaching Rs 823.05 per kg due to increased spot demand. Analysts attribute the rise to rising bets by participants.
New Delhi, Dec 6 (PTI) Copper futures on Friday rose 0.35 per cent to Rs 823.05 per kilogram on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for December delivery climbed Rs 2.85 or 0.35 per cent to Rs 823.05 per kg in a business turnover of 6,747 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
