Coriander futures prices dropped on Tuesday due to weak demand in the spot market, with speculators reducing their positions. Learn more about the decline in coriander prices.
New Delhi, Aug 13 (PTI) Coriander prices on Tuesday eased Rs 42 to Rs 6,824 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid a weak demand in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for the August delivery declined Rs 42 or 0.62 per cent to Rs 6,824 per quintal in 5,175 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here.
