Coriander futures prices fell on Wednesday due to low demand in the spot market. Speculators reduced their positions, leading to a decline of Rs 42 per quintal.
New Delhi, Aug 21 (PTI) Coriander prices on Wednesday eased Rs 42 to Rs 6,820 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid a weak demand in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for the September delivery declined Rs 42 or 0.62 per cent to Rs 6,820 per quintal in 29,790 lots.

Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here.
