Coriander Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI
Coriander futures prices on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) increased on Monday due to rising demand and limited supply.
New Delhi, Jan 20 (PTI) Coriander prices on Monday increased Rs 42 to Rs 8,388 per quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for January delivery climbed Rs 42 or 0.50 per cent to Rs 8,388 per quintal in 19,400 lots.
A firm trend in the spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions pushed up coriander prices, market analysts said.
