Crude Oil Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI

Crude oil futures edged down on Monday due to weak demand, falling by 0.03% to Rs 6,610 per barrel on the Multi Commodity Exchange. Global oil prices, however, saw gains.

New Delhi, Jul 22 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Monday marginally declined 0.03 per cent to Rs 6,610 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for August delivery marginally fell Rs 2 or 0.03 per cent to Rs 6,610 per barrel with a business volume of 4,710 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.42 per cent higher at USD 80.47 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.34 per cent up at USD 82.91 per barrel in New York.
