Crude oil futures declined on Wednesday due to low demand, with MCX crude oil for November delivery falling 0.37% to Rs 6,185 per barrel.

New Delhi, Oct 9 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Wednesday declined 0.37 per cent to Rs 6,185 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for November delivery fell Rs 23 or 0.37 per cent to Rs 6,185 per barrel with a business volume of 2,319 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude was trading 0.35 per cent higher at USD 73.83 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.45 per cent up at USD 77.53 per barrel in New York.
