Crude Oil Futures Decline on Low Demand

Crude oil futures fell 0.25% on Monday to Rs 6,015 per barrel on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to weak demand. Global oil prices also fluctuated.
New Delhi, Feb 5 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Monday declined 0.25 per cent to Rs 6,015 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for February delivery fell Rs 15 or 0.25 per cent to Rs 6,015 per barrel with a business volume of 13,757 lots.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.15 per cent higher at USD 72.39 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.30 per cent down at USD 77.56 per barrel in New York.
