Guar Gum Futures Surge on Strong Demand - PTI

Guar gum futures prices rose on Wednesday due to firm spot demand and increased speculation. Traders raised bets after tracking a strong physical market trend.
New Delhi, Jun 5 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Wednesday increased Rs 113 to Rs 10,352 per five quintals in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings amid a firm spot demand.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum contracts for June delivery traded higher Rs 113 or 1.09 per cent at Rs 10,352 per five quintals with an open interest of 21,395 lots.

Analysts said after tracking a firm physical market trend, traders raised their bets, which led to the rise in guar gum prices.
