Guar Seed Futures Decline Amid Ample Supplies - PTI

Guar seed prices fell on Monday due to increased supply from producing regions. Futures contracts on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) declined by Rs 25 to Rs 5,377 per 10 quintals.
New Delhi, Jul 8 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Monday declined Rs 25 to Rs 5,377 per 10 quintals in the futures trade amid an increase in supply from producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for July delivery plummeted Rs 25 or 0.46 per cent to Rs 5,377 per 10 quintals with an open interest of 24,455 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
