Guar Seed Futures Decline Amid Ample Supplies - PTI
Guar seed prices fell on Monday due to increased supplies from producing regions. The November contract on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange declined by Rs 21 to Rs 5,531 per quintal.
New Delhi, Oct 21 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Monday declined Rs 21 to Rs 5,531 per quintal in the futures trade amid an increase in supply from producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for November delivery fell Rs 21 or 0.38 per cent to Rs 5,531 per quintal with an open interest of 52,000 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
