Guar Seed Futures Decline Amid Ample Supplies
Guar seed futures prices on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange declined on Thursday due to increased supply from producing regions.
New Delhi, Oct 3 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined Rs 98 to Rs 5,708 per quintal in the futures trade amid an increase in supply from producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for October delivery fell Rs 98 or 1.72 per cent to Rs 5,708 per quintal with an open interest of 32,330 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
