Guar Seed Futures Decline Amid Ample Supplies
Guar seed prices fell on Thursday due to ample supplies. March guar seed contracts on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange declined by Rs 17 to Rs 5,302 per quintal.
New Delhi, Feb 27 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined by Rs 17 to Rs 5,302 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery fell by Rs 17 or 0.32 per cent to Rs 5,302 per quintal with an open interest of 47,425 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
