Guar Seed Futures Decline on Ample Supplies
Guar seed futures prices fell on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to increased supply from producing regions.
New Delhi, Oct 22 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Tuesday declined Rs 10 to Rs 5,495 per quintal in the futures trade amid an increase in supply from producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for November delivery fell Rs 10 or 0.18 per cent to Rs 5,495 per quintal with an open interest of 50,915 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
