Guar Seed Futures Decline on Ample Supplies
Guar seed futures prices fell on Tuesday due to ample supplies from growing regions, according to the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Dec 10 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Tuesday declined Rs 4 to Rs 5,155 per quintal in the futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for January delivery fell Rs 4 or 0.08 per cent to Rs 5,155 per quintal with an open interest of 54,910 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
