Guar Seed Futures Drop on Ample Supplies

New Delhi, Feb 20 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined by Rs 35 to Rs 5,364 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery fell by Rs 35 or 0.65 per cent to Rs 5,364 per quintal with an open interest of 63,935 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
