Guar seed futures declined on Thursday due to ample supplies, according to PTI. The May contract on NCDEX fell by Rs 14 to Rs 5,439 per quintal.
New Delhi, Apr 3 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined Rs 14 to Rs 5,439 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for May delivery fell by Rs 14 or 0.26 per cent to Rs 5,439 per quintal with an open interest of 37,255 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
