Guar Seed Futures Fall on Ample Supplies
Guar seed prices fell in futures trading on Tuesday due to ample supplies. The March contract closed at Rs 5,416 per quintal on NCDEX.
New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Tuesday declined Rs 4 to Rs 5,416 per quintal in the futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery fell Rs 4 or 0.07 per cent to Rs 5,416 per quintal with an open interest of 41,875 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
