Guar Seed Futures Fall on Ample Supplies
Guar seed prices declined on Friday due to ample supplies. The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange saw guar seed futures contracts for April delivery fall by Rs 33 to Rs 5,412 per quintal.
New Delhi, Mar 21 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Friday declined Rs 33 to Rs 5,412 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 33 or 0.61 per cent to Rs 5,412 per quintal with an open interest of 65,035 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
