IHCL Expands in Mumbai with SeleQtions Brand | Business Briefs

Mumbai, Dec 19 (PTI) The Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) on Tuesday announced signing of a 43-key brown-field property in the financial capital under its SeleQtions brand.

"This signing is in line with our vision of expanding its presence in important micro markets in major cosmopolitan cities. It is adjacent to the leading commercial hub of Bandra Kurla Complex. This will be the second IHCL SeleQtions branded hotel in Mumbai. We are delighted to partner with Polson for this hotel," IHCL Executive Vice President - Real Estate and Development, Suma Venkatesh said in a statement.

With this addition, IHCL has 33 hotels across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in Maharashtra, including 11 under development.

IACC appoints Pratik Vaidya as regional committee member-West India Council
* The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) on Tuesday announced the appointment of Pratik Vaidya of Karma Global Consulting Solutions as the regional committee member of IACC's West India Council for Presidential Year 2023-24.

Vaidya, Karma Global Consulting Solutions Managing Director and Chief Vision Officer, will promoting and facilitating business and economic relations between India and the US, IACC said in a statement.

"As a committee member, I eagerly anticipate contributing valuable perspectives and engaging in insightful discussions that push forward the dialogue on the dynamic landscape of capital markets," Vaidya said.
