Silver Futures Plunge: Price Drops to Rs 70,966/kg - PTI

Silver futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange fell by Rs 703 to Rs 70,966 per kilogram on Wednesday, driven by reduced bets from participants. Global silver prices also declined.

New Delhi, Nov 1 (PTI) Silver futures on Wednesday fell by Rs 703 to Rs 70,966 per kilogram, as participants reduced their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery declined by Rs 703 or 0.98 per cent to Rs 70,966 per kg in a business turnover of 17,466 lots.
Globally, silver was trading 1.16 per cent lower at USD 22.69 per ounce in New York.
