New Delhi, Apr 1 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday rose Rs 59 to Rs 1,00,124 per kilogram as participants increased their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for May delivery increased Rs 59 or 0.06 per cent to Rs 1,00,124 per kg in a business turnover of 20,704 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said.
Globally, silver was trading 0.53 per cent lower at USD 33.90 per ounce in New York.
