Zinc prices fell 0.3% on Monday due to reduced speculator exposure and weak demand from consuming industries, according to PTI.
New Delhi, Apr 15 (PTI) Zinc prices on Monday fell 0.3 per cent to Rs 245.45 per kilogram in the futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure, taking negative cues from the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for April delivery traded lower 75 paise or 0.3 per cent at Rs 245.45 per kg in 3,114 lots.

Analysts said trimming of positions by participants owing to slackened demand from consuming industries in the physical market mainly weighed on zinc prices.
