Zinc prices dropped 0.45% on the Multi Commodity Exchange as speculators reduced their exposure, driven by muted demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Dec 28 (PTI) Zinc prices on Thursday fell by 0.45 per cent to Rs 231.35 per kilogram in the futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure, taking negative cues from the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for January delivery traded lower by Rs 1.05 or 0.45 per cent at Rs 231.35 per kg in 4,927 lots.
