Zinc Futures Rise on High Demand - PTI

New Delhi, Jul 24 (PTI) Zinc prices on Wednesday rose Rs 1.15 to Rs 255.65 per kilogram in the futures trade amid a pick up in spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for August delivery traded higher Rs 1.15 or 0.45 per cent at Rs 255.65 per kg with a business turnover of 1,424 lots.
Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants, following a pick-up in demand from consuming industries kept zinc prices higher in the futures trade.
