Zinc Futures Rise on High Demand - PTI

New Delhi, Mar 17 (PTI) Zinc prices on Monday inched up 50 paise to Rs 281.50 per kilogram in the futures trade amid a pick-up in spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for April delivery traded marginally higher by Rs 50 paise or 0.18 per cent at Rs 281.50 per kg with a business turnover of 603 lots.
Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants, following a pick-up in demand from consuming industries kept zinc prices higher in the futures trade.
