It is hereby informed that as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2021 become generally available information. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2021, will be intimated in due course. <BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on your records<BR>
