| 20 MICRONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, this is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 21st October, 2021, inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Half year ended 30th September, 2021;<BR> <BR> Further to our letter dated 30.09.2021, it is hereby also informed that the 'Trading Window' [dealing in shares of the Company] is closed from Friday, 1st October, 2021 and will reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the results of the aforesaid period becomes generally available in terms SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. <BR> | |
