In terms of the Internal code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company by the Promoters, Directors, Senior Management Personnel along with their immediate relative and other Designated Persons of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board meeting to be held for approval of Audited- Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the Quarter and Year ending on 31st March, 2024.
