Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of 3i Infotech Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. April 1, 2024, accepted resignation of Mr. Thompson Gnanam, from the post of Managing Director & Global CEO of the Company and he will be relieved from his roles and responsibilities at the Company from May 31, 2024.
