As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, every designated person of the company has been advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above Code, the closure of 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company for designated persons will commence from January 1, 2021 and end 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2020 become Generally Available Information. <BR> The Company will intimate the date of board meeting for consideration and approval of abovementioned financial results in due course.<BR> Kindly take the above information on your record.<BR>
