Mr. Sanjiv Vishwanath Rungta (DIN: 00381643), has Completed his term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f. the closure of business hours on July 24, 2024. Further, he shall step down from Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder''s Relationship Committee effective same date. 2. Change in Composition of Committees w.e.f July 25, 2024.
