This is to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 30th June, 2022. Accordingly, all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade (Buy or Sell or Gift or Pledge or deal) in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
