We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 14,654 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on July 4, 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 614,28,64,296 (307,14,32,148 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,28,93,604 (307,14,46,802 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
