| In furtherance to our intimation dated 06.11. 2020, this is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Sec 110 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is in the process of conducting postal ballot (only by means of remote e-voting) for seeking approval of members of the Company for business as specified in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 06.11.2020.<BR> <BR> In terms of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, please find enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice dated 06.11.2020<BR> <BR> The remote e-voting period commences on Saturday, 28.11.2020 at 9.00 am and shall remain open for a period of 30 days i.e. till Sunday, 27.12. 2020 at 5.00 pm.
